The Significance Of Fault For The Accident

Who Was At Fault For The Accident Does Not Matter In An AB Claim

An AB claim is otherwise referred to as "no-fault insurance". Who was or was not at-fault for the accident is not a factor as to whether or not they can make an AB claim. Both the at-fault and the no-fault persons can make an AB claim. There are no disadvantages or penalty for either the at-fault or the no-fault person to make an AB claim.
